You’re busy. You don’t have time to worry about the pipes in your home. But buying your home was probably one of the biggest investments you’ve made, and you want to protect that investment. Checking your plumbing system on a regular basis and identifying issues early can prevent extensive damage to your home. Just a small drip on a faucet or a toilet constantly running can waste several gallons of water every month, causing a high bill. 

As a member of our Plumbing Service Plan, we will inspect your home once a year to find problems early and provide preventative maintenance to help your hot water heater, faucets, toilet, pumps, and septic lines last longer. And when these expensive systems last longer, they won’t need to be replaced as often, which keeps more money in your pocket.

1. Annual Inspection

Bathrooms
  • Inspect all faucets for function and leaks.
  • Inspect under the sink for leaks.
  • Inspect toilets for leaks.
  • Inspect inside of toilet tanks.
  • One free toilet flapper replacement.
Kitchen
  • Inspect faucets for function and leaks.
  • Inspect garbage disposal. 
  • Inspect under sink for leaks.
  • Inspect dishwasher for leaks.
Exterior
  • Inspect hose bibs for function and leaks.
  • Inspect sump pump discharge lines.
  • Inspect gas riser and meter.
Basement/ Utility Area
  • Inspect all visible piping for leaks.
  • Inspect washing machine hoses.
  • Inspect all main shut-off valves for leaks.
  • Inspect all visible gas lines.
  • Inspect visible drain pipes for leaks.
  • Inspect all visible isolation valves for leaks.
2. Annual Routine Maintenance
  • Test water pressure on main water supply. 
  • Adjust pressure reducing valves.
  • Inspect pressure on expansion tanks. 
  • Inspect water heater for proper operation.
  • Flush and drain one tank style water heater ($145 value).
  • Inspect sump pumps and check valves.
  • Inspect sewage ejector systems.
  • Inspect water meter in yard for leaks. 
  • Test in house drains for proper drainage. 
3. One-year labor warranty 

Platinum

3. Six-year extended warranty on labor

4. 10% discount on any service

5. Flush and drain one water heater, including tankless. ($235 value)

Service Plan Members receive special pricing. If an inspection reveals an issue with your plumbing system, you will receive a repair estimate.

$129.00 per year

Platinum
$199.00 per year

If you move within our service area, you make take your membership with you to your new home or leave it with the new owner.

Each plan includes one year of membership from the date of enrollment. Membership will automatically renew yearly on the date of enrollment and will be billed automatically until you provide 30 days written notice in advance requesting termination to office address listed.
